Biography

Andy is RGISC's Donor Relations Officer, a position that blends his passions for community building, rivers, and environmental justice. He aims to help RGISC build a solid membership and donor base that serves those living along the Rio Grande for generations into the future.

An Austin native, Andy has worked on environmental issues at home and abroad, and is now thrilled to get to help out his home state. He holds a PhD from Stanford University’s Emmett Interdisciplinary Program in Environment and Resources, as well as a Master's in Divinity from Austin Presbyterian Theological Seminary.
