A fun and free summer event for the whole family! Engage with local artists, learn about Laredo’s indigenous roots, and learn about our diverse ecosystem! 🌼

Join us at the unveiling of the "Mi Rio Grande" mural by Tony Briones set for Thursday, June 9 at 9 AM! 🎨
The morning event will include dance performances by members of the Carrizo Comecrudo Tribe, and feature numerous interactive stations geared for families and youth with themes connected to art, the river, and Laredo’s indigenous roots. ✊
Thank you to City of Laredo - Government, and City of Laredo - Parks & Recreation Department for partnering with us on this family-friendly event! 👩‍👩‍👧‍👦
This mural was possible through the financial support of Councilman Alberto Torres, Jr., the National Association of Latino Arts and Cultures, the Prairie Foundation, and RGISC.
See you there! 😉
