Isabela Cigarroa is the Development Coordinator at RGISC.
Isabela’s path led her to receive her undergraduate degree in Political Science and Russian from the University of Notre Dame and to live and work in St. Petersburg, Russia and Yerevan, Armenia.
She recently returned to Laredo after receiving her Master’s in Security and Development from George Washington University and is excited to be back. Isabela enjoys giving back to her community as she sees it as paramount for Laredo’s future generations.
She is grateful for the opportunity to help RGISC grow and excited for RGISC’s future work in protecting the Rio Grande.
