Daniel Nicholson is the President of Nada Moo!, a dairy-free ice cream company committed to health, wellness, and sustainability. A Mechanical Engineering graduate from the University of Texas at Austin, Daniel began his career in renewable energy with Iberdrola Renovables in Spain. In 2008, he joined Nada Moo!, initially as Controller, and took over as CEO in 2011. Under his leadership, the company grew 50x in revenue and expanded distribution to over 15,000 stores across North America. He’s excited to be joining the RGISC organization as the Chief Operating and Human Resources Officer to support important sustainability initiatives in his hometown community of Laredo, Texas.
