1. Ticket Limits & Price: Tickets are priced at $100 each. Strictly limited to a maximum of 1,000 tickets sold.

2. Eligibility: Ticket purchasers must be 18 years or older at the time of purchase. Void where prohibited by law.

3. Official Drawing & Odds: The official prize drawing will take place on December 1, 2026. The time and location will be announced by RGISC. Winners will be selected via random drawing. Odds of winning a prize are approximately 1 in 91, based on all 1,000 tickets being sold (odds improve if fewer tickets are sold).

4. Prize Conditions: Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash value. For the PEG Energy package, the winner selects either the turnkey rooftop system (up to $38,000 value) or the solar pergola (up to $52,000 value).

5. Taxes & Associated Costs:

• Grand Prize Vehicle: The vehicle winner is solely responsible for all title, tax, and license (TT&L) fees.
• PEG Energy Solar Package: PEG Energy will cover the complete system and installation at no cost to the winner. Applicable federal tax reporting or withholding remains the winner's responsibility.
• General: All federal, state, and local taxes associated with any prize acceptance are the sole responsibility of the winner. Official tax forms (e.g., IRS Form W-2G) will be issued where required by law.

6. Official Rules: These official rules have been finalized and approved. By purchasing a ticket, participants agree to all terms and conditions stated herein in accordance with local regulations.
