One of the most meaningful ways to celebrate Nation Arbor Day is by supporting the next generation of certified arborists. Through the Adelante con Árboles Project, we invite interested individuals to pursue ISA Arborist Certification (which Laredo has none at the moment), with scholarships available to help cover the exam.

This initiative, powered by the Rio Grande International Study Center (RGISC) and the Texas A&M Forest Service, offers a unique path to fuel your career while protecting our local environment. By joining this program, you will become part of the very first cohort of certified professionals dedicated to our city's canopy.
