CompARTE Laredo connects 11 neighborhoods to celebrate the Rio Grande and Zacate Creek as shared cultural and environmental greenspaces in our community. By highlighting stories, and creative expression, this initiative will strengthen the bond between residents and the natiral landscape that defines our city.
