The Rio Grande International Study Center (RGISC), alongside Laredo ISD and the Texas A&M Forest Service, has officially opened a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for professional documentarian services. We are looking for a creative partner to help capture and share the ongoing story of Adelante con Árboles (Reconnect. Restore. Renew.).

If you are a visual storyteller with a passion for community and environmental impact, we invite you to submit your qualifications.

What We Are Looking For

We are seeking an individual or team who aligns with the following professional criteria:

• Experienced storyteller: Proven ability to weave compelling narratives through digital media.
• Portfolio-proven creator: A strong track record of high-quality finished work.
• Reliable project manager: Capable of handling timelines, logistics, and deliverables independently.
• Organized coordinator: Excellent communication and planning skills to collaborate seamlessly across partner organizations.

• Relevant work samples
• Standard rate structure
• Three professional references
