The Binational Air Council (BAC) Laredo/Nuevo Laredo, in partnership with RGISC, invites the public to a free webinar on air quality in Nuevo Laredo and the invisible enemy we breathe: PM2.5.

Featured speakers include Dr. Gustavo Ernesto Pantoja Villarreal, Director of Environmental Engineering Consulting, and Dr. Yuritzi Llamas Mangín from the Universidad Autónoma de Tamaulipas.
