On July 27th and July 28th, 2021, the City of Laredo hosted two public town hall stakeholder workshops on the City of Laredo’s 50-year Master Plan for Water and Wastewater. Rio Grande International Study Center staff attended one of these workshops, hosted jointly by the City’s consultants Lockwood, Andrews & Newnam, Inc., and Ardurra Inc.
