As the Director of Operations and Finance, Oscar Lechuga is responsible for all the company’s financial, operational and human resources functions, including accounting, governance, compliance and general administrative duties. His career spans over 10 years in progressive experience in accounting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, grant writing, taxation (individual, business and nonprofits), budget projections, payroll, property tax renditions, accounting for the hospitality industry, and retail accounting.

Prior to joining RGISC earlier this year, Oscar held an executive level position as Chief Financial Officer, and a management position as Accounting and Compliance Manager at NeighborWorks Laredo. Furthermore, he also worked with experienced accountants, Certified Public Accountants, and auditors in the private sector.

Additionally, Oscar holds a Master of Professional Accountancy, and a Bachelor of Business Administration with a Major in Accounting from Texas A & M International University. Oscar also earned an Associates in Applied Accounting from Laredo College.
